All payments are considered final once the service process has started. However, we review refund requests fairly in specific cases outlined below.

- A technical error prevents service delivery and cannot be resolved
- Duplicate or accidental payment
- No service activity within promised timeframe AND no communication provided
4. Non-Refundable Cases

- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by user
- User changes mind after service has started
- Digital products or guides after delivery
5. Refund Timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests after this period may be declined.
